Google docs is compatible with most presentation software and word processor programs. Work can be published as a web page or in print. Users can control the work done in Google docs, they can also see who is watching their work.

How to Use  Google Docs

1. If you have a Gmail account for this, then log it in with your Gmail username and password.
2. If you are in your Gmail, click on the Google Apps link at the top left of the screen. By doing this, Google apps will open, including an app named docs.
3. Now you click on the docs icon, you will see the screen of Welcome to google docs. If you click on the link with take a tour here, you will see a screen containing Start a New Document. In this, if you click on the three lines with docs on the right corner of the screen, below this, links to docs, sheets, slides, settings, help & feedback and drive will be shown.
4. In this you can open a blank document or you can also open a document using the template of your choice.
5. If you do not have a Gmail username, you can create a Google Account at (docs-google.com).
6. To create any new document or spreadsheet, you go to (docs-google.com) and click on Create new and select the option that you want to create the document spreadsheet or presentation.
7. When you start working on the document, an editing tool bar opens on the side of the word document, so that you can do any kind of editing, formatting, printing, searing etc. If you want, you can also rename the document.
8. Another important thing is that if you want to quickly create a professional document in Google Docs, then you can create a favorite document using the template created by the search template.
