Change your Form 16, now the Impliers have to give more detail
Income Tax Department has revised the format of Form 16, given to the Employer by Employer on Tuesday. Now it has been added to many properties including income from house properties and other employers. This will make it easier for the government to stop tax evasion.
These new details will be given.
It has to be mentioned separately in all the details related to income from other sources, as well as different allocations for investments, implosion in tax saving instruments, under various tax saving schemes.
ITR is used in filing its use
Form 16 (Form 16) is the certificate issued by an Employer, where TDS details of the Employees are given. It is usually released in the middle of June and it is used when file ITR.
Notify the revised form
Revised form has been notified by the Income Tax Department and it will be applicable from May 12, 2019. This means that for the financial year 2018-19, income tax returns (ITR) will be filed on Revised Form 16 (Form 16) basis.
In addition to the other things, in relation to the interest paid on savings deposited in the Savings Account in Revised Form 16 (Form 16), details of deduction and rebate and surcharges, as applicable, will also be given.
Return Forms Already Notified
The IT department has already notified the Income Tax Returns for the financial year 2018-19. Salary classes and those who have not audited their accounts will have to file ITR till July 31 this year.
